On Oct. 3, 2009 the Dedication of the "Concertina Player" was held. This project was funded by the SE MN Arts Council out of Rochester, MN. This Arts Council serves all of SE MN. Slim was very honored to have State Representative Greg Davis of Preston, MN. unveil the 1st Musician. In his speech he mentioned that more money is expected to come for future projects through the state. Slim's vision is to carve 7 more different types of musicians & costumes of all the different nationalities in SE MN. Even though it was a very rainy and cold day, there was a crowd of approx. 20 people come for the dedication. Slim would like everyone to come and enjoy the 1st Musician located on the corner of Main & Center St. in Harmony, MN.
